WHAT IS A GIFT SET?

A gift set is the box containing the gift voucher with a detailed description of the service, the period of validity, the validity number of the gift voucher, and a personalised message from the client to the recipient. All the information required to book your stay at the hotel is also included right on the voucher.

HOW DO I USE A GIFT VOUCHER?

Once you have received the gift voucher (either by digital delivery or by post), you can contact the establishment to make and validate your reservation. The full application of the gift voucher is only complete once you have validated the gift voucher at the establishment. Please note: in the event that a recipient confirms the reservation but does not appear at the establishment on the day in question, the establishment is entitled to apply the standard terms and conditions of sale, which can be viewed on the website.

WHO ASSEMBLES THE GIFT SET AND ENSURES DELIVERY?

The establishment is responsible for the sending and tracking of the gift set. You will therefore have only one contact.

WHY CHOOSE DIGITAL DELIVERY OVER SENDING VIA POST?

A gift set can be sent directly to the recipient via digital delivery, thanks to a delivery email and an SMS alert. It’s a more environmentally friendly choice that requires no paper. In addition, same-day delivery is possible in the event of last-minute gift purchases.

WHAT TYPE OF NOTIFICATION DOES THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE?

The recipient receives two types of notifications:

– An email containing a summary of the gift voucher and a link for the recipient to print the voucher in PDF format, in addition to your personal message and other gift set elements.

– If you have also provided a mobile number for the recipient, an SMS alert will be sent, informing the recipient that he or she has been sent a gift voucher (along with the validity number).

WHAT TYPE OF NOTIFICATION DOES THE CLIENT/BUYER RECEIVE?

The client who purchased the gift set receives a confirmation of the order via email, and can also visit the website at any time to track the order using private login and password information. Lastly, the client will be notified by the establishment via email the day the recipient applies his or her voucher.

WHAT ARE THE GIFT SETS LIKE?

The gift vouchers available for purchase on this site offer services designed by the establishment. They come with the explicit guarantee that the establishment will provide these services to the recipient.

A gift voucher allows you or your chosen recipient to choose from one of several types of experiences: Stays, Spa, and more, all without any additional fees for the recipient or client. Once the recipient has made his or her selection, he or she makes a reservation directly with the establishment and provides the gift voucher as payment. Should the recipient request an extended experience or additional services, he or she may do so by providing payment at the establishment.

HOW LONG ARE THE GIFT VOUCHERS VALID? CAN THEY BE USED OUTSIDE WEEKENDS?

Each gift voucher includes a specific validity date which is displayed on the voucher itself.  Some gift vouchers specify days of availability or closures. This refers particularly to gift vouchers for weekday use, which can come at a very appealing price.

The order will be processed the next working day when the order is placed after 3 p.m.

During your stay, you can order a gift set in person at the reception desk. The gift set can be given straight to you or shipped to the address of your choosing.

IS IT SAFE TO MAKE PURCHASES VIA YOUR SITE?

WHAT KIND OF TIMELINE IS TYPICAL FOR DELIVERY?

Once your order is completed and payment has been approved, shipments bound for mainland France are shipped via a major courier delivery service. La Poste guarantees a 24- to 72-hour delivery time frame, which applies to business days only (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

The establishment will send an email to the client during the shipment process, providing a tracking number to track the package.

CAN THE GIFT SET BE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

Yes, the delivery address may differ from the billing address, whether in France or abroad.
